Concierge physical therapy, which is also commonly referred to as mobile physical therapy, is a cash-based practice model that enables The Rich Therapist to provide treatment to patients either in-person or through remote means. This innovative and non-traditional practice model offers The Rich Therapist the flexibility to accommodate and reach more individuals in Champaign, IL, who would otherwise lack access to high-quality and skilled physical therapy services.

Illinois is a direct access state, which means that you do not need a doctor's referral to get started.
Coaching sessions are needed if you are outside Illinois.

The Rich Therapist is out of network for all insurance companies. As an out of network provider, we can treat in a way that is not limited or controlled by insurance companies. This means you will receive a higher quality of care with a pelvic health physical therapist, not a tech or aide, for 60-75 minutes. One-on-one care with the same provider means better, faster results.
We accept all major credit cards, and health savings and flexible spending (HSA/FSA) cards. Superbills are also available for possible insurance reimbursement.
If finances are a barrier to care, please let us know so we can present other options to facilitate care.

A superbill is a detailed sales receipt that will include all of the essential information required to submit a claim to your insurance company for possible reimbursement of your expenses. It is ultimately your responsibility to submit the superbill to your insurance provider for processing. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee reimbursement from your insurance company, nor do we work directly with or communicate with your insurance provider on your behalf in any capacity.
