A full-spectrum doula provides non-medical, physical, emotional, and informational support across the entire reproductive and family life cycle.
Pregnancy & Fertility: Provide guidance, education, and emotional support throughout fertility, prenatal planning, and challenging moments.
Labor & Birth: Offer continuous physical, emotional, and advocacy support during labor and delivery, regardless of the setting (home, birth center, or hospital).
Postpartum Care: Assist with newborn care, physical recovery, emotional well-being, and light household tasks after childbirth.
Loss & Reproductive Transitions: Provide non-judgmental support and advocacy for individuals experiencing miscarriages, stillbirths, abortions, and other complex reproductive outcomes.
